 Become a Hospice Volunteer!
Volunteers are an integral part of your Continuum Care Hospice Team. They enhance the quality of life by bringing companionship, joy, comfort and support to those in hospice care and their loved ones. Qualified, Hospice-trained volunteers can provide caring support such as reading the newspaper together, listening to music, light housekeeping, friendly visits, pet visits, sewing Forever Bears and simply being present. Volunteers are matched with Continuum Care Hospice patients based on the volunteer’s talents and mutual interests.
